It is not possible to cancel or return tickets.
Unlike many products that can be purchased online, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities. This also includes events such as festivals or concerts.
This exception applies if a specific date or definable period for the provision of the service has been agreed in the contract.
You will find your invoice in the order confirmation that was sent to you by email. Follow the Download invoice button there
If the event requires your ticket to be personalized, this is marked with the addition Requires personalization.
If personalization is not required, the tickets are valid regardless of the name listed on the ticket PDF and the name of the purchaser appears on all tickets.
Some events allow you to transfer the ticket to another person.
If this option is active, you can initiate the process on your personal ticket page by clicking the Transfer ticket button.
